You'll help us set up our starting area and course the day before our event (Friday 15 June), so we are race ready. You'll need to be free from around 12 midday onwards and as its a physical role, please be aware some lifting will be involved.
You'll cheer, high-five and direct our participants at designated points. It's a vital role and we're looking for team players who love to motivate and inspire others, and can use their initiative.

We're looking for volunteers to hand out elephant onesies and T-shirts that have been pre-ordered by runners. After the Run starts, you'll then help us pack our finishers bags. You'll need to be enthusiastic with good communication skills, work well under pressure and be highly organised.
You'll help in our merchandise and elephant adoption tents, assisting with queries, transactions and elephant adoptions. We’re looking for someone with great communication and organisational skills, who can work well under pressure with an eye for detail.

There's an option for this too and we'll pop you where you are most needed for the Day.
All of our volunteers will receive a complimentary snazzy t-shirt, a snack and water when they arrive on the day of the event. Whatever your role, you'll be helping to make each Run a huge success and any time you can give us would be much appreciated. We need volunteers' help to pack down as well as set up, so don't worry if you can't make it for the start.
A member of the team will contact you around 1 month before the event to confirm your application and provide more details about your role on the day. All volunteer teams have a designated team leader who will guide and support you in your role and answer any questions you may have.
